We’re not going to lie. You have a bunch of choices when it comes to selecting a SIP trunking vendor. If you aren’t a telecommunications expert, it can be very difficult to figure out what makes them different and which one will be the best for your business. We can’t give you the details about every option out there, but we can share why our customers choose to implement and stay with SIP.US. Even if you don’t decide to use our services, we recommend that you only consider vendors that offer these important features and business practices.
Tier 1 Redundant Network
In order to ensure that our clients get the best quality voice service, we use only Tier-1 upstream providers to route traffic. We leverage a redundant platform with no single point of failure to deliver unparalleled performance and reliability.
Simple On-line Administration
Our easy-to-use online control panel puts you in the driver’s seat. You can manage all aspects of your account and easily add, change or even discontinue your service. You have real-time access to call data records and can adjust your billing preferences whenever you like.
Choose the Internet Service Option that Works Best for You
Unlike some SIP trunking providers, we do not require that you get your internet bandwidth from us. This gives you the flexibility to choose the best value and service available in your area. Most T1, cable, DSL, and metro Ethernet connections work great for SIP.
Straight Forward Pricing and No Long-term Obligation
With SIP.US there are no hidden fees or pricing surprises. All of your costs are clear up-front. There are no long distance calling fees to the lower 48 US states and much of Canada. You can add or subtract channels at any time or cancel your account altogether.
Large DID Footprint
We offer a huge database of telephone numbers across America in many rate centers for our customers who need DID (direct inward dialing). Need international DIDs? We’ve got you covered in 40 countries around the world. We can provision most DID requests instantly or back-order numbers if they aren’t available right away.
Support for Telemarketing Traffic
Outbound dialer traffic can be a problem for many SIP trunking providers. We have made special arrangements with upstream carriers that support high volume calling operations. (You do need to indicate that you will use an outbound dialer in your trunk settings to avoid surcharges for dialer traffic on our regular service.)
Toll Fraud Protection
Unfortunately, international toll fraud is a significant threat to business communications systems of all types. SIP.US has implemented technology that monitors for suspicious traffic and takes immediate action to halt fraudulent calls in progress and notify both our team and our customers of a potential attack.
Back Up PBX Support
One of our key competitive advantages is our ability to have an inbound DID route to a primary and a back-up IP-BBX. Our clients can rest assured that during a PBX hardware failure calls will still get through. Clients can also use the control panel to forward calls to a backup phone number in the event of a routing failure.
We are confident that you’ll be satisfied with the voice quality of calls over our network, but you don’t have to take our word for it. We’re happy to offer you a free trial of our system in your environment, with your hardware, so you can be confident that you’ve made the right choice before you even give us a credit card number.
We’re here to help you get your SIP trunk configured and to answer any questions that might come up along the way. We have a team of telecommunications experts so you don’t have to.
Because we don’t require long-term contracts, our customers can leave us any time, but they don’t. We’ve got the right combination of features and services that make them happy to stick around month after month. We’d love to chat about whether it makes sense for you to join them.
